Surgery Hours
We are open from Monday to Saturday in our practice. Whenever possible, please contact us about emergencies during normal surgery hours. If you need to be seen on the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as possible.
Out of surgery hours or urgent treatment, you can either call our emergency service or call 111.

Cancel an Appointment
If you need to cancel a general dental appointment, please inform the surgery as soon as possible, giving at least 24 hours' notice where possible. If the surgery is closed, please leave a message on the answering machine so that we can allocate that appointment to someone else.
If you need to rearrange or cancel a hygiene appointment, you must give us at least 48 working hours' notice.
If you miss or fail to give 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rearranging, the full hygiene cost will still be payable.
New patients who wish to see the hygienist for the first time and patients who have missed appointments in the past will be asked to pay up front for hygiene treatments.
